These materials may be signed out by faculty for a period of one week and may be renewed. Student borrowing is limited to forty-eight hours with no renewals.
Televisions equipped with VHS and DVD players are located in each of the four study rooms (first floor) for use by those individuals who wish to view items that have put placed on Reserve by a faculty member and which do not circulate. Check with the Circulation Desk for this service
Two camcorders and tripods are available for student use in a class-related activity. In order to borrow this equipment, students will need to obtain a form from the Circulation Desk and have it signed by the faculty or staff member involved in the activity. Equipment will not be loaned to students without their presenting this form, properly signed, at the time that the equipment is borrowed. It is recommended that students schedule use of this equipment at least two days before it is needed. Students are personally responsible for theft or any damage incurred to the equipment, up to and including replacement costs, while it is in their possession. Students may not take this equipment off campus. The loan period is five hours.
Students may borrow a tape recorder for educational use. The loan period is three days.
Back issues of some magazines and newspapers are stored in ITC in microform format, either as microfilm and microfiche. Older issues may be in storage. Ask at the Circulation Desk for assistance in retrieving these issues. (Refer to the Periodical Holdings Lists for complete details on microform titles.) A reader/printer is available for viewing and making paper copies of these microforms. Copies are ten cents per printed page.
