Research Assistance
Reference Librarians are available for the following types of assistance for Distance Education Students:
- Phone consultations on research topics, resources, database searches
- Appointments for individual or small group research assistance and library instruction
- Interlibrary loan requests
- Quick answers to brief reference questions
For E-mail or Voice Mail requests please give us:
- Your name
- Daytime and evening phone numbers (where appropriate)
- A description of what you need and what you may have tried so far
- An idea of the best time to return your call
- Any deadlines by which you need the information
