


Who may borrow?
- All current students, faculty, staff and administrators of Mount Aloysius College using their photo ID.
- Current Center for Lifelong Learning students who register for a borrower’s card (valid for one semester)
- Alumni of Mount Aloysius College
- Members of the surrounding communities (including current Saint Francis University students, faculty and staff) may register for a library card if they meet the following requirements:
- Are at least 16 years of age
- Have valid identification
- Renew their account every 6 months
What can I borrow and for how long?
Books are loaned for 30 days with one renewal. Books may be renewed by phone. Call the Circulation desk and give your name and the title(s) of the book(s) you want to renew.
Students may borrow up to 10 books at a time. Members of the community and alumni may borrow 5 books at a time.
What if I return something late?
Fines are 10 cents per day.
You must pay the current replacement cost and a processing fee for all lost and/or damaged materials.

- No borrowing of audio visual materials by community users
How long is borrowing period?
- Faculty and staff – 1 week (renewable)
- Students - 48 hours
- Fines for overdue audio visual materials are $1.00 per day
Magazines, journals, newspapers, etc, do not circulate. A photocopy machine is available in the Library. Copies are ten cents a page.
